从前，有一只蝙蝠，它长的不好看，但它和它的爸爸妈妈生活的很幸福，妈妈告诉它，在人们忙碌的时辰，它要乖乖睡觉；爸爸告诉它，它们很危险，千万不能轻易靠近人类，这对它们和人类来说，是一种保护。
once upon a time， an ugly bat lived happily with its parents. mother told it that it had to fall asleep when humans were busy while father said that they had better stay away from humans for protection.
它从小就很乖，白天乖乖睡觉，晚上再出门玩耍，也不凑近人类。本该岁月静好，却因为那一次的变故。
it used to be well-mannered， slept in the daytime and wandered about at night away from humans. great changes have taken place all of a sudden.
那天，它们一家破例在晚上也睡觉了，睡了好久，很久，久到第二天黑夜都没有醒来。
one night， the family happened to fall sleep at night as well for such a long while that they could not afford to get a glimpse of sunshine the next day.
此时，在人类生活的那片地区里，可谓是“山雨欲来风满楼”
It occurred to humans that a disaster prevail living space for humans at that moment.
一条条微博上了热搜，讨论话题都围绕着“武汉”，“肺炎”，从一开始许多人的满不在乎，直至后来所有人传的沸沸扬扬。
“Wuhan”, and “Pneumonia” has aroused heated discussions on the microblog, which has been widespread currently although some remained indifferent in the very beginning.
2020年春节，本应该像以往过年一样，一家人一起愉快地吃年夜饭，大年初一去电影院看期待已久的电影，为自己换一个新发型去迎接新的一年，大街上应是火红一片，热热闹闹，络绎不绝。可是放眼望去，一片冷清。
The Spring Festival in should have been the same as ever before when the whole family gather to enjoy a reunion dinner, watch films they long for in the cinema on the first day of the lunar year, change a new hairstyle to usher in the new year amid the bustling world.
不禁想，这一切是为什么呢？

原来啊，是小蝙蝠的一家被人类残忍地杀害，并且吃掉了它们，又由于它们自身带有很多病毒，那些吃掉它们的人传染给别人，一传十，十传百，便造成了现在这种场面，可能小蝙蝠至今也不知道自己做错了什么，但它也不可能知道了。

但凡事必有两面，好在许多国人都是冷静的，无私的。
As the saying goes, “A coin has two sides.” Nowadays, many fellow countrymen remain composed and selfless.

钟南山院士，无论是2003年的非典，还是此时此刻的新型冠状病毒引起的肺炎，他都义无反顾地站在最前线，奉献自己，保卫中国。

During the outbreak, the children donating their packet money, the elderly donating 200,000 yuan at the sake of their living quality, and those offering helping hands have been concerned about the people in Wuhan.
这难道不是值得我们骄傲的吗？
We are supposed to be proud, aren’t we?
俗话说，患难见真情，那一句“山川异域，风月同天”“岂曰无衣，与子同裳”，温暖了多少人的心。
As the saying goes, “A friend in need is a friend indeed.” As illustrated in the sayings of “United by emotions” and “Fear not the want of armor, for mine is also yours to wear”, people’s caring and selfless spirits have a far-reaching bearing.
这难道不是值得我们骄傲的吗？
We are supposed to be proud, aren’t we?
哪有什么岁月静好，只不过有人替你负担前行，你所拥有的一切都是付出了代价的，如果你没付出，那就是有人默默替你付出了。
You believe it’s not a smooth sailing but sailing against the currents for the others.
我相信，黎明终会破晓，春天终会来到，中国终会胜利！
I’m convinced that China will definitely embrace victories with the break of dawn and advent of spring!
