前言

《幼儿园入学准备教育指导要点》中包含了四部分内容，分别是身心准备、社会准备、生活准备和学习准备。

The cultivation of self-care ability is conducive to children’s self-exploration ability. Self-exploration is a kind of ability to learn, but also a valuable ability. Children who know how to explore themselves not only have the quality of research, but also have the ability to solve problems.

鼓励幼儿做能力所及的事情，注重幼儿从生活中的每一件小事做起，在自我服务和劳动训练中，增强幼儿自我服务意识，从而提高幼儿的生活自理能力，为幼儿适应小学生活树立自信心。

幼儿的年龄特点不同，培养目标自然明显不一样，应遵照循序渐进的原则制订培养计划，来培养幼儿的自理能力。著名教育家陈鹤琴说过一条非常重要的原则:“凡小孩子可以或许自己做的事情，你千万不要代做。”（北京市教育研究科学所，陈鹤琴教育文集上卷[m].北京:北京出版社，1983）

Children’s age characteristics are different, the training objectives are obviously different, should follow the principle of gradual development of training plan, to cultivate children’s self-care ability. The famous educator Chen Heqin once said a very important principle: “You should never do what a child can do by himself.”

每个幼儿在沿着相似进程发展的过程中，各自的发展速度和达到某一水平的时间不完全相同，成人要尊重和理解幼儿的个体差异，支持幼儿由原有水平向更高水平发展。
